LABOUR - $45 per hour
VEHICLE CHARGE - $20
CALL OUT FEE - $50
On top of standard charge from weekdays before 7am and after 5.30pm and all weekends and public holidays.
QUOTES - Free (terms apply)
There may be additional charges associated with supplying you a quote when:
- You are based outside of Palmerston North City.
- You require the quote urgently.
- We feel you have no intention of getting work completed by us or any other company.
A.S. Building Ltd will make it clear prior to the appointment, if a charge will be involved.

WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS - $750
WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY - $900

TERMS
* For all reports, at least 2 full business days notice are required prior to commencement of inspection. This will allow us time to rearrange our schedule and confirm a suitable date/time with the seller and/or real estate agent.
* Delays caused by the tenants, property owner and/or real estate agents may affect our ability to complete our inspection in the chosen time-frame and therefore attract an additional charge.
* If contact is made after our normal finish time of 5.30pm or over the weekend, the 2 full business days will commence on the next occurring business day.
* A due date and time for the report receipt will be confirmed prior to the inspection commencing.
* 50% deposit required prior to commencement of inspection and remaining balance due prior to report being made available.
